For our business in Zaragoza, Spain we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (male/ female). As a CSR, you will be responsible for handling inquiries and requests, via mail or phone.

Our client
A company on the cutting edge of the automotive industry. A very important multinational automobile manufacturer, that produces a range of cars and vans and it is one of the biggest automaker in the world by production volume.

Your responsibilities
• Provide support over the phone and mail to customers and future customers
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding service and product related inquiries
• Inform customer about specific products, services, policies and processes
• Create and update requests
• Insert and check data loaded against customer request
• Administrative and back-office tasks
• Outbound satisfaction surveys and special campaigns


• Excellent communication skills & high focus on customer satisfaction
• Native level of Portuguese + excellent language skills in English
• Planning, coordination and organization skills
• Relationship and communication skills
• Keen eye for detail to ensure high accuracy
• Ability to prioritise, multitask and solve problems
• Very good PC skills
